GSL Dardan complete first Acquisition
GSL Dardan has recently acquired Peterborough based "Business Watch UK Security Services" which boosts the numbers of security staff operating in the East Midlands to 100 and to 550 for the company overall. With a turnover of £11.5 million the firm is one of the largest independent providers of security services within the region.
BusinessWatch UK Security Services will become a wholly owned subsidiary of GSL Dardan Limited but will be run independently from its Peterborough base by the established BusinessWatch management team.
The deal will allow both companies to capitalise on the recent growth and success they have experienced and use the opportunity as a platform for further growth and consolidation going forward.
