One Company - One Name

We are pleased to report that on July 1^st 2009 the trading names ISL Dardan Security and Gardwell Security were merged into one and we now operate as one company; GSL Dardan Limited. However, we will continue to operate both MYT and Gardwell Secure Systems brands as trading divisions of GSL Dardan Limited. Continuing the separate structure of these divisions recognizes the specialist services they offer and they will continue to compliment the core guarding related services that both companies have become well known for.

The change of name now completes the legal process of the merger after both businesses were brought under common ownership in January of this year. It will naturally take a while to change vehicle liveries, sign boards and certain company documentation but the ethos is definitely now “one company”.
